Development of generators, delay lines, resonators, and filters based on surface and bulk acoustic waves.
SCIENTIFIC AND PRODUCTION COMPLEX 3
- More than 30 types of various piezoceramic materials
- Piezoceramic elements (discs, plates, rings, spheres, washers, etc.), including porous piezoceramic elements for hydroacoustic receiving devices.
- Piezoelectronic devices (sensors of various types, actuators, piezo-transformers, etc.)
- Filters, resonators, and generators on surface acoustic wave structures in the frequency range of 30 MHz to 1.5 GHz.
