Piezoelectric Tilt Platform

Piezoelectric tilt platforms are devices of parallel kinematics with coplanar axes and a single movable platform, allowing high-speed precision motion in two directions – rotation about the x and y axes. 

The platforms are equipped with high-resolution strain gauge sensors, which make it possible to track the platform position in a closed-loop mode with precision accuracy at the microradian level. 

Mirrors or interchangeable optics with a diameter of up to 25 mm in any orientation can be mounted on the piezoelectric platforms.
