actuatores_square For the first time in Russia production of multi-layer actuators was launched where instead of expensive electrode materials (platinum-palladium) the cheaper combination of palladium-silver is used.

Low sintering temperature piezo ceramic material PZT-46 was specially developed for making multilayer actuators with are active layers by thickness 50 microns and palladium-silver electrodes.

APPLICATIONS

Optico-mecanical devices having a stabilization system;

Automatic adjustment and alignment systems for lasers and optical devices, including interferometers;

Drivers for adaptive optics systems and optical phase modulators;

Adjusting optical fibers information receiving and transmission systems.

Resistance to influence of mechanical and climatic factors: Actuator gamma-percent time (T_γ) at γ = 95% shall be 25 000 h, min within the life period of 20 years and at typical operating conditions (temperature +70 ºC). On demand of the customer, installation on actuators strengthening isolating overlays thickness of 0,5 mm and carrying out unbrazing conclusions under the coordinated requirements is possible.
