Piezoceramic Three-Axis Seismic Sensor SD-1E

The SD-1E (three-axis) seismic sensor was developed at the request of companies responsible for the seismic safety of building structures.

The SD-1E is structurally designed as a dust- and moisture-protected enclosure containing sensitive piezoceramic sensors and electronic systems for preliminary signal processing.

The output signal is analog and allows connection to a twisted pair for each coordinate.

The sensor is installed on load-bearing structures of buildings, including high-rise buildings, bridges, tunnels (metro), etc.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

• Monitoring systems for buildings, bridges, tunnels (metro);
• Perimeter security systems protecting secured facilities from unauthorized access (oil and gas pipelines, power transmission lines, etc.);

In particular, the company “SMIS Expert” uses SD-1E sensors in the monitoring systems it develops.
